Lawn Care Service

Contemporary Landscape Design is a full-service lawn and landscape provider.

By incorporating weekly maintenance and lawn care, we are able to evaluate the health of your lawn on a weekly basis thus heading off problems before they occur. Our lawn care program is simple; it’s a 4-6 step program designed to keep your lawn thick and healthy. We target weeds at their specific germination times and our visits are typical 4-6 weeks apart. Service calls are included at no additional cost if needed. ( 6 step)

Green Thumb Service

Contemporary Landscape Design brings the GREEN THUMB to your lawn and landscape utilizing proper and sound horticultural practices.

This service comes in 4, 6, or 9 visits throughout the growing season and is based upon your landscape’s needs and your personal desire. We incorporate landscape clean-up, pruning/shrub trimming (as needed), fertilization, herbicides, insecticides, and hand weeding to maintain the landscape. We utilize chemicals on an as-needed basis. The GREEN THUMB service keeps your landscape healthy, vibrant, and beautiful all season long.

Prevention & Maintenance

Irrigation System Maintenance Plans

Our comprehensive and proactive approach to irrigation maintenance.

Our programs are designed to keep your irrigation system working at optimal performance. Our proactive approach to water and irrigation maintenance keeps your system performing at optimal efficiency. The seasonal changes require different levels of watering requirements which is why we offer different service levels in addition to addressing water requirements the proactive approach detects damages, and water waste before it becomes a huge expense.

Basic Service

This service provides a full system evaluation with backflow inspection, spring activation which includes activating the water source, programming the timer, replacing the 9-volt battery, adjust sprinkler heads, check for possible leaks, and winterization. Winterization includes deactivating the water source, turning the timer off, blowing the system with compressed air, opening the backflow, and providing a winter damage warranty. (estimates provided prior to any repair work)

Basic Service Plus

This service provides the same service level as the basic service but includes a mid-season checkup. The mid-season check-up is a full system evaluation and timer adjustment to prepare the lawn and landscape for extreme summer temperatures. This visit also provides an excellent opportunity to check system damage that may have occurred with mowing and maintenance practices, thus reducing water use due to damaged parts. (estimates provided prior to any repair work)

Elite Service

This service provides optimal irrigation practices and a very proactive approach to maintaining the system and addresses the seasonal watering requirements for the lawn and landscape. This service includes 4 visits spring, early summer, fall, and winterization. Upon each visit the system is fully evaluated for performance and damages, the timer is adjusted based upon the seasonal changes. This reduces water waste and provides the most comprehensive maintenance practices. (estimates provided prior to any repair work)
